Service Learning
Service Learning is an approach to education that connects curriculum to the natural desires our children have to take care of our world. Service learning allows students in kindergarten through college to use the lessons they have learned along with problem solving skills to help those in need in their communities and around the world. Students who have taken part in service learning activities have been found to be better prepared for college, the workplace and are also motivated to become active members of society.
