JCS Indoor Soccer - Week 2 Review

April 19, 2010

Middle School

On Thursday, the Murrieta Eagles nipped the San Diego Jaguars 8 - 7.   Both the Eagles and Jaguars now have one win and one loss on the season.  In the second game the undefeated San Diego Surf beat the Murrieta Aftershocks 11 - 7.  The Surf took a sizable lead in the first half, but the Aftershocks stormed back nicely to make it a good match.

High School

On Friday, the Murrieta Hawks opened their season with a solid 7 - 4 victory over the San Diego Jaguars.  The Hawks started off the scoring and never looked back as they took advantage of the opportunities they were given.  The second game saw the Alpine Coyotes play flawlessly in their 8 - 5 victory over the San Diego Surf.  The Coyotes now lead the division with a record of 2 - 0.

There will be no games next week because of testing and the High School Prom.
